I had a comfortable stay at Washington R&B Hotel Tokyotoyocho. the location was perfect, close to the subway and surrounded by restaurants. The room was clean and cozy, ideal for a solo traveler. However, the bed was a bit harder than I preferred, and I noticed some street noise coming through my window.
